[Cooking of curry] Reborn curry is cooked by simmering the spice soup for 10 minutes each time an order is placed.Please understand that it may take some time.[Spices] We mix 4 types of whole spices and 11 types of powdered spices in-house.I deal with spices every day.[Rice] We are particular about using local rice from Himeji.We use pressed barley to add texture and turmeric to add aroma, and are particular about the compatibility with curry.

What is Reborn Curry?

Isn't there any food you don't want to lose?I thought the same thing when I heard that Shupra, the restaurant I used to go to when I was a student, was closing down.I didn't want to lose it, and after 12 years, I decided to revive it in Himeji, so I began working with the guidance of my classmates and juniors from my student days.Since Spurra is back, it's time for Reborn Curry.I'm really grateful to everyone who has been involved in opening this store.
